A two-night minimum stay is required on holiday weekdays and weekends. However, please give us a call to discuss your needs as we can be flexible.
During the week, guests may stay only one night Monday through Thursday.
Check-In
Check-in time is 3:00 pm. Checkout is 11:30 am. We can hold your bags until check-in while you explore the sites and sounds of beautiful Delaware County.
Cancellation Policy:
In order to guarantee your reservation, we must request a valid credit card number. Because we operate a small Bed and Breakfast, we can not absorb late cancellations due to changes in plans, weather, or any reason(s) beyond our control. Cancellations 14 days prior to arrival will be charged a $15.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival will be charged the full amount.
Additionally, early departures will be charged for the full stay reserved.
Private Rental
Upon request and with advanced notice, we can accommodate large groups. If interested, ask for our Private Rentals which gives you and your group the entire house.
A security deposit is 30% of the total rental amount is required to reserve the rental. The full amount of the rental is required to be received by us seven days prior to the start of the rental period. Cancellations will have a full refund if they are received at least 30 days prior to the start of the rental. Cancellations received within 30 days of the rental start will have half the deposit refunded. Cancellations within fifteen days will forfeit the deposit unless we can rebook the house.
There is a cleaning fee of $200.00 that is to be left at the house in cash – but you are still expected to leave the house as you found it. If the cleaning fee doesn’t cover the time needed to put the house back in the condition in which you found it – you will be charged extra and it will come out of your security deposit.
The 2010 rates for a Private Rental are: $600.00 per night; $1,150.00 per weekend; and $2,650.00 for the week.
