The Fisk House offers the best of both worlds – an historic, serene setting, yet all the luxuries of the modern world. Your stay includes a continental breakfast each morning during the week and a full breakfast on the weekends. We have wireless internet throughout the house, air conditioning and cable television in every guest room, and insulated dividing walls to ensure privacy between rooms.
The full breakfast is served on the weekends from 7:00 am until 9:00 am. You may choose to enjoy your breakfast in the dining room or on the stone patio in our perennial garden. The full breakfast includes free range eggs, bacon, pancakes, fruit, muffins, juice, coffee, and tea. Of course, real maple syrup is offered, as well as home-made jams and jellies.
While staying with us you may help yourself to drinks and fresh fruit available at any time in the kitchen. There is a comfortable living room with over sized leather chairs and couch. Enjoy a game of cribbage or cards, or simply sit back and relax with a good book. You may also hear the beautiful St. James Episcopal Church bells chime. The church, just a brief walk across the street, holds masses at 8:00 am and 11:00 am on Sundays, and new faces are always welcome.
